About HSST – THE HORTICULTURAL SCIENCE SOCIETY OF THAILAND
The Horticultural Science Society of Thailand (HSST) was founded in 1984 with the aim of supporting various interested parties including commercial growers, related government agencies and traders to achieve excellence in expertise by receiving the necessary up-to-date know-how that enables horticulture in Thailand to continually progress. At present, HSST has become one of the nation’s most prominent horticultural science associations under the presidentship of Mr. Ananta Dalodom.
HSST participated in a wide spectrum of important international expositions which included :
♦ The 6th China Flower Expo and the 4th China Flower Trade Fair, Chengdu, People’s Republic of China, 2005 (Award received : Hibicus Award – Orchid, Pink Vanda – Robert delight #31)
♦ The International Horticultural Exposition for His Majesty the King, Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2006, Chiang Mai province, Thailand
♦ Taipei International Flower Exposition, Taipei, Taiwan, 2007
♦ Taiwan International Orchid Show, Tainan, Taiwan, 2009
♦ Taipei International Gardening & Horticulture Exposition, Taipei, Taiwan, 2010
(Award received : Visitors’ Favorite Garden Award Top 3 & Special Honor Award)
♦ The International Horticultural Exposition, Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2011, Chiang Mai province, Thailand (Award received : The Winner of International Outdoor Garden Competiiton –Large Garden)
